As somebody who has never, as an adult, slept more than 5-6 hours on a regular basis, I find this article fascinating and probably true. In this latest study it seems that people who are “habitual short sleepers” have brains that handle sleep tasks during waking or may, when deprived of visual and auditory stimulation, enter brief sleeps or drowsiness, taking small naps unconsciously.
